The products sold by Acqua di Civita to a “consumer” buyer are covered by the legal guarantee, for any conformity defects that occur within 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods (pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02).
To benefit from Warranty Assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice / receipt received. The 24-month warranty applies to the product with a lack of conformity. In case of lack of conformity, Acqua di Civita will restore the conformity of the product by repairing / replacing or reducing the price until the contract is terminated. The Customer must send the purchased goods to the office in Piazza S. Donato, 1, 01022 Civita VT.
In the event that, for any reason, it is not able to provide its Customer with a product under warranty (restored or replaced), the company may proceed at its own discretion to return the entire amount paid or to replace it with a product from characteristics equal or superior.
If, following an intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by the assistance, as well as the costs any transport costs incurred by Acqua di Civita.
